Great Britain Largest Couch Retailer Sees 6.8% Increase in Conversion Rates with Namogoo’s Customer Hacking Prevention Solution

Amid the pandemic and increased online shopping, DFS’s online traffic tripled in two years, with 60% of its website users visiting the site from their mobile devices. A challenge facing many retailers is the increase in session hijacking, where third-party advertisements are displayed on the website and disrupt the customer journey. One in five DFS customers were distracted by these interruptions, especially during checkout.
